Its 16th March today and it is definately a special occasion for a couple of ppl today. Firstly, its Ann's 21st Birthday today... Woohoo.... HaPpY 21sT bdAy, aNN... Though its her 21st bday today, i bet she wasn't enjoying as much as she hoped to be.. She must be spending this special day at home (cos she was super unlucky to get chickenpox now.. so sad..) but hey ann, u can still celebrate at home yah.. and we've got her a nice present... but too bad that we do not know how to pass it to her.. so ann, u're gonna get the bday present slightly later.. but i assured u that its nice (at least it looked nice to me.. whahaha)

Another person worth mentioning will be Johnny. Today marks the start of his one yr stay in Taiwan. He will be flying off to Taiwan in a couple of hours time. Hope he will be able to adapt to the life there soon.. remember to get some local delicacies back for us when u came back to visit us in July k.. hee hee~~ Take care..

the last person and also one of the upmost important person in my life - Shun.. today is his graduation from his "i dunnoe wat" course. This means that he is now officially a sergent and can spend the rest of his army life slacking away.. whahhahaa.. tts good... meaning i'll get more phone calls from him... whahahha.. anyway, congrats him for his successful completion of the course.. U've gone thru the hardest part of ur NS and i'm so proud of you.

~~Farewell to Johnny~~

Met up Shun's friends last saturday at Marche. Its sort of a farewell gathering for Johnny who will be leaving Singapore for Taiwan next wednesday. (16th March) He's gonna be there for one year for his national commitment. (NS) Hope everything goes well and smoothly for him. Johnny, remember to take good care of urself there and dun get too involved with the girls there.. whahaha.. Shall meet u one yr later.. Take care..

~~Projects, projects And projects~~
This month gonna be a hectic one for me. There's simply too many proj to handle. and quite a few bday presents to get, BBQ sessions to attend.. Hiaz.. Shall not think about it.. Think of the bright side and it means that i'm starting my holiday in abt 1 mth's time.. Yahooo... Superb long holiday awaiting me.. Yippie..

~~HaPpy 21sT bdAy, FloRenCe~~

Came back from florence bday party not long ago. She held her 21st bday party at her house in Paya Lebar, though its a bit far for me but i still tried to make an effort to share her happiness with her on this BIG day. As usual, we ate goodie goodie food, watched tv, chatted with long-lost friends, laughing loudly at each other's jokes and actions (tts us, a bunch of crazy ppl, esp with Hui Chin ard, her laughter is contagious..) Saw Cheng Bee at the party too (my sec friend), chat with her and found that she's working in MayBank now.. How cool could that be.. (Think i'm gonna majoring in Finance too.. Seems interesting and fun.. hope i'm rite..hee hee~~) The idea of having my own 21st bday party struck me when i saw how happy the atmosphere is when everyone crowd ard her and sang her the bday song. Still in the thinking process to see if i wanna have my 21st bday party. Any ideas anyone?? ......

~~Thinking of ACCA and other tests~~
Met up with Sherie and Huichin on thurs to get Florence her bday present. Chatted for so long that we lost tracked of time. Realised that Hui chin is taking the ACCA paper now. Upon completion of the ACCA courses and together with 3 yrs of related working experience, you are a certified accountant or at least a certified financial dunnoe watever thing.. hahhaa.. Cool rite? Heard more abt ACCA from Andy (SMU's friend) as he is taking the course rite now.. Isn't it super cool to have an ACCA cert and a business degree?? It surely widen the job opprtunity that i will have in the future.. Erhm.. should i make use of my time now to get more certs?? considering doing the insurance test too.. pretty simply, 3 sets of MCQ test to qualify.. think i should learn more when i'm still young, dun waste my precious youth.. hahaha.. but i'm gonna join the 21 yrs old grp soon.. just like wat florence said:"The going to 30's club" OMG.. I feel super old now...

~~ Injury-Prone Shun~~

Shun was injured yesterday. It didn't occurred in the course of the training sessions but at the bathroom. Its a bit lame but he indeed had a cut (neither major nor minor) on his head while showering. Blood flew down with the running water and his company's mates were so stunned with wat they saw. Frantically flipping over their contact list in search for help was their only reaction. Due to the fact that it happened at night, there wasn't much "high authority-holding" personnel available to oversee the whole situation. Luckily for those guys that they managed to get in contact with one of the in-charge and got Shun to their nearest medical center. It was so scary and my legs went wobbly when Shun narrated the whole process. How the medical officer treated his cut and how he felt when several trainee medic surrounded him trying to learn something while the medical officer sewn two stitches on his head. I really hurts me to know that he was going thru all these.

But lucky for him tt he's well and fine now. Boy, pls take care of urself k..

~~Thoughts over the past few days~~

Have been browsing thru several friend's blog and friendster page over the last few days and i'm surprised that a couple of my friends had/long ago broke up with their long-time gf/bf.. Its so so unbelievable... Most of them had been with their used-to-be significant half for more than 2 yrs (some even 3 or 4 yrs) but their ending was such a sad one. Y? Why do ppl broke up with someone tt they've shared their best moments with? Why do they broke up after being together for so long? Why? Why? Why? It's such a pity that a wonderful relationship ended up in such misery.

I may not know their reasons for breaking up (the couple may feel miserable or unhappy in their relationship and thus leading to a broke up) and i may not be in any position to comment on their relationship but as a friend, i still hope that their relationship will not come to an end.

People change as they aged and i totally agree with it. However, there must be a reason or some "special fate" that brings two ppl from different family background and with different personality to be with each other for so long. These "special" reason or fate should be able to bring these two individuals to stay on with their r/s despite all the changes they undergo. (At least tts wat i believe in, i'm not applying this theory to everyone.. Its MY opinion.)

Couples should be able to withstand the surrounding "lust" (hahahaha), the ever changing environment, the ever-growing minds of their own and stay firm in holding their partner's hand and live their life happlily ever after. I certainly believe that "living happily ever after" are not restraint in fairy tales and its absolutely possible for us to have it in the real world. I do hope i'm one of the happy girls that would enjoy "living happily ever after" with my beloved long-time bf and i know he will not disappoint me. ( :> ) I'm So In LoVE...
